Josh
Josh has worked with home espresso machines for over 10 years. He got his start with one of the first high-volume home machine repair/refurbish companies in Oregon called Cafe West. We like to say he fixes machines here in the shop by waving his hand over them or shooting them a disapproving look — he’s that good. But he’ll tell you he prefers a 10mm wrench.
Thurston
Thurston came to learn home machines a few years ago after working as a commercial espresso machine technician for one of the specialty roasters in town. “Who needs 220 volts when 110 will do!” A committed student of the art of troubleshooting, he equally enjoys fixing his motorcycle or attempting to build the perfectly active compost pile.
